Great Location with Minor Flaws

I enjoyed my stay, especially the convenience of nearby restaurants just a short stroll away. The breakfast service could improve, as it took a while to receive our order. Also, make sure to request a room away from the elevators for a quieter experience.

The rooftop bar offered stunning views, but the AC unit was loud and disruptive.

We had a lovely stay with a fantastic view from our room and really enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop bar while watching the sunset. The lounge area was perfect for unwinding, and the workout room had everything we needed for a quick gym session. Just a heads-up, the ice and water machine wasn’t working on our floor, so we had to go up a level, but it didn’t ruin our trip! 😊

The modern decor and amazing river view made our stay unforgettable. We especially loved how close we were to great dining options and attractions like the Smithsonian’s National Zoo, which was perfect for our kids. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at home.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available. It would be great to have a small microwave in the room for family convenience.

Great spot but service needs work

Had a decent stay for 2 nights. Location is awesome, right by the river with tons of activities and eateries nearby. But the service was hit or miss. Front desk seemed super busy or distracted, which made check-in a bit annoying. Also, got ignored when I asked for coffee pods before checkout. The rooftop bar was nice, though!

Location near the Wharf is vibrant. Room service took too long during peak hours. Enjoyed the rooftop happy hour. Valet parking was convenient. Room was clean with a nice view.

The views from the rooftop bar are remarkable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Mariela at the front desk, who helped resolve my room issue quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and well-appointed, providing the necessary amenities for a business traveler.

During my stay, I was thrilled by the easy walk to the National Mall, which is just over a mile away, and the vibrant nearby dining options like Whiskey Charlie, offering marvelous views of the city and great cocktails. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the modern and clean room and felt very safe coming in and out throughout the day, although the coffee in the restaurant could use some improvement.

Just a solid selection for a city trip in Washington with great value. The ice and water machine was not working, so had to walk to the 4th floor for some water. Make sure to check the ice machine before settling in.
